Who We Are

Red Sandalwood Farms AP is a Vijayawada-based group with experience across plotting, land development, farming and property management. Since 2018 we have focused on one specialised asset: legally cultivated red sandalwood farmland in the districts of Andhra Pradesh where the species naturally thrives.

In a short span we have completed multiple ventures and developed more than 1,200 acres, with our recent projects selling out within days of launch. Our vision is to bring 10,000 acres under red sandalwood cultivation in the years ahead, creating long-term green assets for thousands of families while expanding one of India's most valuable native tree species.

What Makes Us Different

• Registered, plot-level ownership. Every buyer receives a sale deed registered at the sub-registrar office. The mutual agreement between buyer and company is additionally registered, a step few in this industry take.
• Farms on the natural red sanders belt. All projects sit in proven cultivation zones of Nellore, Prakasam, Palnadu, Kadapa and Rayalaseema, close to national highways for easy site visits.
• Export-market readiness. We hold an international trade export licence for red sandalwood by-products, and have trademark-registered our own by-product lines including tea powder, soaps and rudraksha malas.
• Complete 12-year care. Drip irrigation, soil testing, certified saplings, fencing, security and replanting are all included, investors never manage the farm themselves.
